Pallet
Tables are a novelty under our patent and only available from our
company. Our Pallet Tables are mainly used to store
Euro-pallets on and
under them. The use of Pallet Tables in your company will free
a
considerable amount of space occupied by pallets. This in turn will
provide
benefits in terms of organization, transportation and work safety, as
well as
will make it easier to access the pallets for removal or insertion of
items,
etc. Shortly saying - the Pallet Tables will provide economic benefits.
A Pallet Table is composed of a frame and four legs and:
- is assembled quickly and easily in various combinations and heights
- can be moved from place to place quickly with help of a stacker
- can be quickly arranged in stacks with a stacker
- can be fastened to other tables stacked on it
- is square in shape, so that it could be used from all four sides
- is very stable on floors thanks to its square structure
- is available in versions with one or several frames
- can be provided with additional accessories
- adapted for Euro-pallets, and is robust and strong
Application of the Pallet Tables
This Pallet Table is intended for putting
standard
cargo pallets on it or under it, and to fix another identical pallet
table onto
it. Therefore, it can be generally used in production areas,
especially
at machines, in warehouses, where there are no pallet racks, in
preliminary
areas of normal warehouses and wherever pallets are put on the floor
one next
to another. Instead of placing all your pallets, you can put most of
them on
some of our Pallet Tables. As a result, in a place, where only one
pallet used
to stand, a number of pallets will be stored in levels, on Pallet
Tables
installed one on another. At the same time, access to the pallets will
be
easier, because it is possible to reach the pallet from its all four
sides.
Pallet Tables are a good solution for all facilities, where pallets are
used
and moved frequently. A Pallet Table can be relocated as quickly as the
pallets, even if it is loaded with pallets or if another Pallet Table
is
stacked on it. Dimensions and design of the Pallet Table make it
compatible
with Euro-pallets and half-Euro-pallets; however, other pallets and
goods can
be successfully placed in the Pallet Table too. Because of its carrying
capacity, the Table Pallet can be used for storage of heavy items, e.g.
containers with liquids, on them.
It is very practical to keep one or two Pallet Tables stacked
one on another
at each machine in the production area. If your
Company uses pallets,
our Pallet Tables will help you save a lot of area and keep the things
in
order.
Advantages of Pallet Tables
Pallet Tables can be assembled in various ways
and to
various heights in order to adapt them to height of cargo on pallets
and to
other our needs. Some manners of installation of the Pallet Tables are
shown on
the illustrations. Number of options is unlimited, so we cannot present
them
all. The way a table is assembled depends on individual requirements of
the
user. For instance, with some long legs and some frames you can build a
tall
Pallet Table, which will resemble more a warehouse rack than a table.
This is a
very practical solution for companies, where many low-loaded pallets
are used.
In such cases, they can save up to three quarter of their storage area.
See two photos.
Pallet Tables with long legs, or a number of Pallet Tables stacked one
on
another, are very stable on the floor, see photos 14 - 16. This is
achieved
thanks to proper positioning of the legs. Their distance is 1006 mm,
which
makes it easy to place a pallet between the legs, see photos 11 and 12.
The
Euro-pallet is 800 mm wide, so in the table it is clear by 103 mm on
its sides.
This space allows for placing the pallet even at an angle, when, for
instance,
we turn it. When the Pallet Tables are stacked, the upper Table legs
are
anchored in seats of the lower Table sufficiently deep (40 mm), i.e.
they are
protected from slipping down, see photo 21. This way, several stacked
Pallet Tables
can be relocated, without fixing them together with screws.
Nevertheless, if
somebody finds it reasonable to fasten them tight, this can be done
with some
additional pressing screws, see photo 22.
Using some additional accessories, you can tilt the pallets on the
Pallet
table, or move them to the side, see photos 34, 37 and 38. Legs of the
Pallet
Table can be provided with wheels, so that the Table could be easily
moved
around manually, see photo 23. An appropriate plate can be inserted to
the
frame to fill it up. This way, you can transform the Pallet Table into
a
temporary multi-purpose table. The plate in the frame does not prevent
you from
placing a pallet on the Pallet Table, see photos 44 and 45. Check the
photos
for usage of the additional accessories. The Pallet Table frame is
adapted to
the bottom planks of Euro-pallets, at the same time, forming an even
upper
plain. Because of this, it is very easy to put Euro-pallets on the
Pallet Table
from all four sides, see photos 19 and 20.
Thanks to their unique design and additional accessories, the
Pallet Tables
may create new possibilities in your company.
Benefits from using the Pallet Tables
together with a stacker
In order to take full advantage of the Pallet
Tables,
the company should be equipped with a stacker or a fork lift truck.
This is
because we handle the Pallet Tables and pallets with a stacker,
see photos 9, 13, 33, 38, M1-M4. With a stacker, a single employee is
able to
assembly, stack and use all versions of the Pallet Tables.
A ‘stacker-table’ set can be manipulated from all
four sides, is
very practical and pleasant, as you operate the truck only. Because the
Pallet
Tables are square, it is easy to plane from which side we should
approach them.
The Pallet Table is designed for frequent and quick relocations by the
means of
a stacker. The adaptation is based on the entirely even lower plane of
the
Pallet table frame. Thanks to this, the stacker fork can always support
the
Pallet Table correctly and lift it up quickly.
Economic benefits from using the Pallet
Tables
The Pallet Tables deliver the benefits
indicated
above, but apart from this, they can bring you economic profits.
If your company is lacking room because of those many pallets, then,
instead of
moving it to larger premises, you can use our Pallet Tables. Costs of
moving
your business and the higher rent will substantially exceed the
purchase cost
of our Pallet Tables.
If in your production room there are many pallets, sometimes some of
them must
be moved aside in order to reach the one we need at the time. Such
relocations
take time, which can be translated to economic loss of the company.
This
problem may occur several times each day.
If we put a pallet on a Pallet Table of correctly adjusted length of
legs next
to a machine, the employee will take off and put back details on the
pallet
more easily. This convenience is even increased by the side bays in the
Pallet
Table frames. These improvements increase your productivity, thus
contributing
to economic benefits.
Our Pallet Tables vs. pallet racks
Our Pallet Tables differ from the popular
pallet
racks, which are used in warehouses. The pallet racks cannot be put in
many
places, e.g. at machines. According to our regulations, they have to be
screwed
down to the floor, and then they cannot be moved elsewhere. On the
other hand,
you can move our Pallet Tables as quickly and easily as pallets.
Generally, the pallet racks are tall, whereas we do not recommend
stacking our
Pallet Tables too high. Regarding this, you have to consider your
current needs
and proceed the same way as when you stack one loaded pallet on another
loaded
pallet.
Structure of the Pallet Table (shortly)
One Pallet Table is composed of at least one
special
frame and four interchangeable legs. The frame is square and has four
corner
seats to anchor the legs. The frame has four side bays for an easier
approach.
The legs can be one of twelve heights from 0.45 m to 1.65 m and are
available
with wall thicknesses of 3 or 4 mm. Attachment and detachment of the
legs to
the frame are fast and simple, which allows for the legs to be replaced
by ones
that are appropriate for the height of the load. The legs are
easy to
store and you can have spare legs of various heights at hand, see photo
46.
Moreover, should a leg gets damaged, it can be replaced immediately.
For
installing the legs, two 6 mm Allen keys are required. All components
of the
Pallet Table kit match up. All metal elements are powder
painted. The
basic Table Pallet version, as presented on photo 1, weighs 45 kg. All
components of the Pallet table are produced on special equipment, which
guarantees their high precision.
We offer the
following additional Table Pallet
